Knafeh

An absolute favorite! Shredded fillo dough, homemade ricotta cheese, orange zest and guajillo chili syrup.
This Knafeh is family size (9 inch round) so you can share my yummy knafeh with family and friends this jewish holiday!
Fun fact: I made this  knafeh to try out for the TV show Masterchef and I made it all the way to meet the casting director and executive producer!
