The Concha is one of the most typical and delicious pan dulce sold in Panaderias across Mexico.
A Concha is a sweet and soft roll that has a topping engraved with a seashell design. The most traditional topping is flavored with vanilla.
For this pop up I will be making for flavors:
Concha de Vainillia: The most traditional topping, using real vanilla extract.
Concha de Chocolate: Who doesn't love chocolate on a sweet bun?
Concha de Canela: The top of the concha is flavored with orange and cinnamon, the perfect combination!
Concha de Rosas: The topping has an aromatic flavor of roses and a touch of black tea. Trust me on this one!
